jc99 Platform Use

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the jc99 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use jc99 services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and jc99 as the platform operator. This agreement governs how you use the website, application, services, products and content provided by jc99.

To use jc99 services in full, users are required to register one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts.

During registration, users must:

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information including full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address;
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Set a strong password and keep it confidential from all parties;
• Agree to submit identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport when requested by the jc99 team.

jc99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing inaccurate, false or misleading information without prior notice.

jc99 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes from the time the request is submitted, subject to identity verification and necessary security checks.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details submitted are accurate and belong to themselves;
• jc99 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information provided by users;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name;
• Any deposit received via an unrecognised method may be returned without notice.

jc99 offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit of up to RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your account balance will be RM200. You need to reach a total wagering amount of RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

General terms for all jc99 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise;
• jc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for wagering first;
• The jc99 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold, each offering weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.8% respectively;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account suspension.

jc99 users are required to act honestly, responsibly and in compliance with all rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jc99 platform:

• Fraud in any form including the use of bots, automation software, or other unfair methods to gain an advantage in games;
• Money laundering or using the jc99 platform to conceal the source of illicit funds;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Disrupting the technical operations of the platform or exploiting system bugs;
• Abusing the bonus system through fake registrations or unreasonable repeated methods.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

jc99 will not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Request from a competent authority;
• Account inactive for an extended period;
• Self-exclusion request by the user.

Upon account termination, all valid balances will be returned to the user subject to necessary review, unless the account was suspended due to fraud or breach of terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where jc99 holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the jc99 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding.
